1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to PlayerPass (the "Service"), operated by NeoWebCo ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an athlete profile, subscribing to a billing plan, or accessing any part of our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PlayerPass provides digital sports recruiting portfolios and customized player web cards for high school, collegiate, and amateur athletes. Our services include designing public web profiles, updating sports statistics, hosting highlight video embeds, and providing a centralized web link for distribution to college coaches and scouts.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Stripe Billing

By subscribing to a PlayerPass plan (such as Pro or Standout), you authorize us to charge your payment method recurringly via our third-party payment processor, **Stripe**.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can manage, update, or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting our self-service customer billing portal linked in the footer of our site (**Manage Billing**) or by contacting support.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. However, if you experience issues with your profile setup, please contact our team within 14 days of purchase to request assistance.

4. User Content & Rights

You retain full ownership of the text, statistics, photos, and highlight video links that you submit to PlayerPass to build your athlete profile.

By submitting content, you grant PlayerPass and NeoWebCo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable license to host, display publicly, distribute, and modify your submitted content solely for the purpose of creating, maintaining, and promoting your digital player profile.

5. Accuracy of Athletic Stats & Content

You agree that all statistics, metrics, awards, and athletic achievements displayed on your PlayerPass profile are accurate, truthful, and representative of your actual athletic performance. Falsification of records, stats, or identity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your profile and subscription without a refund.

6. Underage Athletes & Parental Consent

Because PlayerPass serves high school athletes, many of our users are under the age of 18. Users under the age of 18 must obtain the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian to establish an account, purchase a subscription, or publish a public recruiting profile. By purchasing a subscription, you represent that you are either of legal age, or a parent/guardian purchasing on behalf of a minor athlete.

7. Disclaimers & Recruiting Limitations

PlayerPass is a tool designed to showcase athletic talent and streamline communication with scouts and coaches. We do not guarantee recruiting results, athletic scholarships, coach replies, college admission, or professional sports offers.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, server uptime, or coach contact success.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoWebCo, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ohio.
